How long will my order take?
The products are dispatched within two business days. The shipping takes about 2-7 days depending on location.

How do I store the products?
Your snacks can be stored in a dry, cool place. They do not need to be refrigerated. However, once opened, please consume immediately or store them in air-tight containers. The zip-lock pouches must be resealed neatly after each use to avoid contact with moisture and consequent sogginess. 

I want to make changes to my order, how do I do that?
For changes with shipping details, please write to us with your Order ID. In case of order/product changes, drop us an email and we will try to address it if the product is not already shipped. We do not accept cancellations.

I received a damaged product, what should I do?
Oh-oh, this wasn’t expected. Please write to us at hello@snackthat.co with images of the product within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will check and exchange the product if in stock, else, we will process the refund.

I would like to pay Cash on Delivery, is that possible?
Yes we offer Cash on Delivery payment mode, However we encourage you to make cashless transactions.

Do you offer a return or exchange?
We hope you do not have to bother with this. Since these are perishable snacks, we do not accept return/refund/exchange unless the product is received damaged.

I want to place a bulk order. Can I get a discount?
Yes, drop us an email with the quantity and timelines and we will get back to you.

I want to stock your products at my store, are you interested?
Sure, we can chat about it. Please write to us and we will get back to you.

What do I do if the product I am interested in is out of stock?
Please email us about your requirement, and we will notify you as soon as it is available.
